shipping

all orders will be processed and shipped within one week of being placed. all orders will be shipped through canada post. shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

local pickup

if you’re located in calgary, in-person pickup is available. when your items are ready to be picked up, you will receive a detailed email with pickup location and available times. pickups are usually ready within 5 business days.

commissions/custom orders

all products are handmade, this results in natural variations in finish and size. all listed dimensions are approximations.

all glazes used are food safe. while all pieces are microwave and dishwasher safe, hand-washing is the best way to protect surfaces over time.
